He has been lifting weights for nearly a decade since playing sports in high school. She attended Warren County Community College and Post University, majoring in Business. When she is not working, she spends her time hiking, painting, doing yoga, and writing poetry. She states, "I love working at StretchLab because I get to talk about the importance of the body-to-mind connection, educating my clients on the benefits as well as gaining more insight myself."
